We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with AxiomWeaver for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the subscription management portal. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period and no refund is issued.
How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Free Trial
The free trial does not require a credit card and will never result in a charge. When the trial ends, the application drops to a limited free tier. No payment is collected unless you actively choose to subscribe.
